Does the Pro plan require a subscription?
No. You can create a Pro account without a monthly fee or commitment.
Do you offer on-premise deployment or air-gapped environments?
Yes. On-prem deployment is available with the Enterprise plan. Contact our team to discuss your deployment requirements.
What is a credit?
1 credit = $0.01 USD. Credits are spent on inference and compute. The more complex the task, the more credits required.
Do you use our data to train models?
No. Your data is never used for training. All evaluation, training, Worlds, and AI red teaming data stays within your organization's environment.
What are my payment options?
We use Stripe for payment. You can use all major credit cards, connect your bank account, or even use a financial service platform like CashApp.
Do you offer academia or non-profit discounts?

What happens when I run out of credits?
When you get low on credits, the platform will prompt you to purchase additional credits. You can set up auto-replenish, if desired.
